At Montvelar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In accordance with our return policy, we offer refunds exclusively in the form of store credit (digital gift card).
1. Refund Method
All approved refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used on any future purchase.
We do not offer cash, bank, or card refunds.
2. When Will I Receive My Store Credit?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your return.
If approved, your store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Items that do not meet the conditions of our Return Policy.
- Returns requested beyond the 7-day return window.
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
4. Gift Cards
Refunds are issued as digital gift cards, which do not expire and can be used for any product in our store.
5. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@montvelar.com.
In such cases, return shipping costs may be covered by Saint Moritz Store.
